Metafix stock more than 50 different types and sizes of both nuts, bolts, sockets and sticks of both steel and stainless. The I-pressing is made by a controlled process which is both secure and fast.
Robot Welding
Metafix disposes of modern robot welding facilities which uses the TIG welding method. The principle of TIG welding is that the melting energy comes from an electrical arc that burns between the item and the tungstic electrode. The TIG welding is different from other arc welding methods in the way that the electrode is not melted and is therefor not used as additional material. If it is necessary to add additional material this may be in the form of welding wire.
